How to analyse your variant

Portal version 1.0

The GABA-Portal is a coalition of investigators seeking to aggregate and harmonize data generated to study GABAAR-related disorders, and to make summary data interactively accessible for the wider scientific community, while providing educational resources for everyone. The goals of this project are to:

  • Provide information on GABAAR-related disorders
  • Support research on GABAAR-related disorders
  • Facilitate recruitment of individuals to research studies

  • Provide support in variant interpretation and classification
  • Visualize data from the GABAAR database
  • Connect researchers, clinicians and families

The GABA-Portal is an ongoing project and interested collaborators are invited to reach out to join the project. The current version of the Portal has been developed by an international team of researchers and clinicians:
